Sira
Primary Role: Marksman
Secondary Role: N/A
Background
Lore:
Many of Demacia are familiar with House Buvelle and its contribution to the musical arts. With one standing above all; a lady as beautiful as a thousand butterflies; but her music… even more. However, those that lived some thirty years ago might remember the true excellence of the strings. A conjurer of a melody so euphonic, that whoever heard her song felt as if they were lying on the mattress of a king. Though her name now forgotten, those who remember, from time to time, still speak it: Sira. A master of a variety of instruments, there was one that she liked above the rest in her collection, and her audience equally enjoyed its sound, and it was the Nogah. For it allowed her to bring out her heart and soul into the air as it transformed into a song, something that she felt she could not accomplished with the other instruments, as good as she was with them. And her fans felt the same, since it was her most successful instrument. In fact, one could say that it was too successful. As on one fateful show, she continued play without even feeling her body, as if she was in trance, and her audience equally mesmerized. She played the song as if her fingers moved perfectly by themselves, as if guided by divine entities, as it wasn't her, but a goddess with the voice as soothing as the ocean and nostalgic as the rain. But when she finally came to, she realized what she had conjured: the auditorium, now home trees and bushes, bearing fruits of various kinds. The audience, slowly sinking into the ground as the chairs are being swallowed by what seems like a giant puddle of mud. Clouds, beautiful in day as they are in night, covering the ceiling with such marvelous shapes and sizes. Bewildered, she ran away without even thanking the audience. That night, she couldn't, since she knew they would come for her. An entire audience to speak of the majesty that was conjured before them. But as beautiful as it was, Demacia does not tolerate magic, especially something of such caliber. Without even thinking and out of sheer fright, she ran away from the kingdom she called home for so long, with nothing but the Nogah in her hand, her most cherished and now, only, asset. The next day, no one knew where she went; no one knew what had become of her, but everyone knows where she will go, should she reappear. And as time went by, Sira somehow found a new home in Ionia, far from the prejudice brought about by Demacia, now in a place where she feels comfortable, where none abhor her for wielding magic. But serene as Ionia may be, Sira could not help but long for her true home, for it is still her birth place, and the place where she was recognized the most. But she bides her time, all the while enjoying the tranquility of the land she now walks upon. Yet she still hopes that she might one day return to whence she came. One day… it might just happen.
Appearance:
Sira is a woman in her mid-40s who wears an Ionian-styled dress. She also wears Demacian accessories, such as a necklace and a bracelet, as a reminder of her birthplace. Her hair is blonde tied into an Ionian-styled braid.
The Nogah takes the appearance of a shamisen with Demacian motifs.

Abilities
Rhythmic Progression
All of Sira's basic abilities have a shared cooldown of 0.25 second. However, with the exception of Melody of Ephemeral Death, cooldown reduction has no effect on her. Instead, she gains 1% increased attack damage for every 1% cooldown reduction.
Sira uses Chord Progression instead of mana. She gains 1 Chord Progression for every activation of a basic ability. 10 Chord Progression in a row from a single ability create a Riff, which will yield a special effect for that ability. Sira has a maximum of 50 Chord Progression at all time. If Sira hasn't casted an ability or performed a basic attack in 3 seconds, then she will lose all Chord Progression. Sira cannot cast abilities once she reaches max Chord Progression. Basic attacks expend all Chord Progression.
Notes: Unlike the cooldown of regular abilities, there is no delay whatsoever with Sira's abilities. They can be immediately casted once available. The player will even be able to buffer the abilities in case they just happened to cast it a decisecond prior to it becoming available.
String of Sky
0.25 second
Sira Enhances her next basic attack with additional range, with each Chord Progression granting 14 increased range. The Riff of this ability grants 40/45/50/55/60% increased movement speed for 2.5 seconds.
Notes:
String of Fire
0.25 second | 175 Effect Radius
Sira Enhances her basic next attack with an on-hit effect that deals 50/100/150/200/250 (+70% AP) magic damage in an area to all enemies, with each Chord Progression increasing the damage by 1%. The Riff of this ability grants 30/35/40/45/50% bonus attack speed for 3 seconds.
Notes:
String of Mud
0.25 seconds
Sira Enhances her next basic attack to slow her target for 30% for 1.5/1.75/2/2.25/2.5 seconds, with each Chord Progression granting 0.6% more slow. The Riff of this ability will root the target for 1 second, with the slow being applied afterwards for 75% of the duration.
Notes:
Melody of Ephemeral Death
120 seconds (-20s every rank) | 800 Cast Range | 350 Effect Radius | 0.1s Cast Time
Sira plays a melody at a target area. After a 1 second delay, the area lights up with melodic fire, dealing 100/225/350 (+90% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area and making them drowsy. After 2 seconds, all drowsy targets fall asleep for 2/3/4 seconds.
