Not much is known about the Zetta Beings; other than at their full size they can measure up to entire galaxies. Haraskai, a rogue among them, wanders the universe destroying star after star. Of course, no one can question the behavior of the mighty Zetta nor understand how they function, were they even given an opportunity to do so. However, only those that were never heard of know truly what Haraskai seeks to achieve. And that is to bring tranquility and silence to the universe by the one true mean: destruction. For he abhors malice; for he abhors greed; for he abhors… life. To him, life is no more than a catalyst for ruin and misery. The true form of the cosmos is that of eternal peace, devoid from the screaming voices of bloodthirst and the atmosphere of death that follows them. The cosmos seeks calm; the cosmos seeks sleep; the cosmos seeks… nothingness. However, such is only the interpretation of the inferior minded. In truth, Haraskai is a judge. He only seeks the destruction of that which does not contribute to peace, leaving only that which is innocuous and beneficial to the universe. And now, the court is adjourned for the trial of Runeterra. Shall the creatures of this world give him a reason to be at his mercy… or will they force his hand, as they are fought fire against fire?
Appearance:
Haraskai takes the appearance of a divine entity. He is supposed to be the personification of the nothingness that is the universe. He is pitch-black as the night-sky as space-dust smoke evaporates from his body. He has no scalp nor a back, but instead a cavity from the pinnacle of his head to his lower back that shows that, in his physical form, he is but a husk, since he represents nothingness. The cavity constantly releases space-dust smoke and the rim of it is sharp and jagged like broken porcelain. Being a cosmic entity that cannot be understood by the inferior mind, he does not wear cloth (before you ask, no. there are no visible reproductive organs). Oh yeah, and his eyes are as red as the sun… and he frowns a lot.

Incentive for Judgment
The fate of Runeterra depends on Haraskai's impression of it. For every 25 collective kills, Haraskai gains 30 ability power.
Notes: By "collective kills" I mean the total amount of kills in the entire match performed by both teams. So for example, if one team has 24 kills, and the other team has 37 kills, then that means a total of 61 kills, which will yield Haraskai 60 ability power since he passed the threshold of 50 total kills. And yes, he also contributes to this. This ability can stack infinitely.

Haraskai shoots out a construct of cosmic energy in a line, stopping on the first enemy hit and exploding, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+70% AP) magic damage to all enemies in an area.
If the line attack comes in contact with cosmic residue, then the attack range is refreshed from that point, increasing in distance. If it comes into contact with an empowered cosmic residue, then the extended attack is also a cone, dealing damage to all enemies.
If the explosion comes into contact with cosmic residue, then that cosmic residue triggers the same explosion, dealing damage to all enemies hit.

Passive: Whenever Haraskai kills an enemy, the cooldown of this ability gets reduced by 1 second.
Active: Haraskai summons a pillar of light in an area, dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (+45% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area after a 0.75s delay and leaving behind a cosmic residue that lasts for 45 seconds.

Haraskai creates a singularity in an area that implodes, dealing 50/75/100/125/150 (+30%) magic damage to all enemies and pulling them 125 units towards the center. The attack also pulls in cosmic residue. If two or more cosmic residue are pulled in, then they will merge and become an empowered cosmic residue.

Haraskai releases a wave of pitck-black destruction, dealing 200/300/400 (+75% AP) to all enemies. The wave expands by 30 units (can expand infinitely) every second and increases the damage by 1.5/2/2.5% every second, up to a maximum of 45/60/75%.
