Harridahl

Background
Lore:
Living as part of a Chem-Baron's family might be filled with privileges and indulgences, considering their wealth and influence throughout Zaun, if not for their somewhat questionable demeanor with all the cybernetics and whatnot. But for better or worse, Chem-Baron's and their families do not complain about the way they go about their lives. In fact, they very much enjoy it. Always telling what to do while they get most of the pleasures. Life is pure bliss, choked in a chemical cloud and injected with substances from who-knows-where, in a city that never sees the daylight. That is, until your entire family gets poisoned by an unknown assailant. Such is the case of Harridahl Goffrith. Born to an influential Zaunite family, Harridahl was supposed to be next in line to inherit the Goffrith wealth. Growing up innocently never knowing what his Chem-Baron father was up to, he one day stumbled across a pile of corpses that just happened to be his entire family. Never knowing who had done it, but knowing all too well the reason. He grew up fearing that he too might get poisoned one day, so he became obsessed with it. Since he can remember, he dedicated his life to studying the poisons of the world. But his ultimate goal was to make himself immune to any and all poisons. With scientific knowledge that rivals even some of the greatest broken minds of Zaun, he found a something particular that just might help him in his cause. Somewhere in Ixtal, there is a species of dragon known as the mustard dragon. Named after their golden hide laced with a flesh-burning substance, these mildly-sized dragons borrow their distinct feature from their diet, the mustard mushroom. Unusually enough, the dragons are in fact omnivores, which would explain why a carnivorous creature would prefer to eat fungi. So there he was, studying the mustard dragons in the jungles of Ixtal, collecting samples of both their blood and the mushrooms they eat. Of course, the expedition was far from easy, as Harridahl was attacked by Sal'Cna's army. He somehow managed to get out of there alive. He probably would've died if it weren't for that dragon interfering in the last second. Curious enough, he also collected samples from the now-dead drone. A stay in Ixtal was too much; too wild and untamed for someone who grew up in an industrial environment. But he was satisfied, and now back at home, it’s time to find the formula to become completely immune to poison. However, his anger got the better of him. Harridahl realized that just being immune to poison isn't enough. If he wanted to find the assailant who killed his family, he wouldn't just need immunity to poison. He would also need strength! And then he realized, the blood he collected from the dead drone, a minion of an army defined by their strength. He knew that this is what he needed to become strong. So the blood of the Voidling combined with the poisonous scales of the mustard dragon, the catalyst to become stronger was ready. And then, over the next two days, Harridahl became a beast. A chimera composed of the blood of both a Voidling and a dragon, he now had the strength to send shivers down the spine of any Zaunite who crossed him. Something he has feard for so long, he now became the embodiment of that fear. But no matter who looked at him wrong, he did not care for the small fry. As he only cared for that one thing that killed his family. He now has what he needs to find it, and ultimately destroy it. That is the one thing he cares about; that is the sole reason why he became a monster in the first place. So as he goes about Zaun, sniffing every rancid corner of this dark city, he can only wonder: "Was it a thing? Was it a man? Was it many men? What in Runeterra happened that day?"
Appearance:
Harridahl takes the appearance of a golden chimera composed of both insect and dragon elements. He wears pants. Since he has part of Sal'Cna's DNA in him, he inadvertently became a hermaphrodite, which gave him the ability to spawn eggs of Voidling-dragon hybrids. Although his personality is still very much male. He also has tendrils coming out of his arms, which is probably a mutation caused by the mixture of DNA. Frankly, the mutation gave him a bunch of other applications not present in the source DNA. I guess that's science for you.

Abilities
Mustard and Blood
Harridahl's basic attacks against enemy champions pulls them towards him equal to 50% of his basic attack range. The same enemy cannot be pulled again for another 24 seconds (affected by cooldown reduction).
Harridahl's basic attacks against unique enemies grant him Mustard. Harridahl can have a maximum of 10 Mustard and cannot yield Mustard from the same non-champion unit again. Champion who recently yielded Mustard cannot do so again for another 50/40/30/20 seconds (levels 1/6/12/16)
Notes: the pull isn't based on the distance between Harridahl and his target, but on the amount of his basic attack range. Which means that if he's close enough, he can throw the target over his head, similar to Pyke's harpoon.
Mustard Spit
60 mana (+5 every rank) | 12 seconds | 1100 Range | 2000 Travel Speed | 0.5s Cast Time
Harridahl spits his mustard-laced saliva in a line, dealing 80/120/160/200/240 (+60% AP) magic damage to first enemy hit. If a Musty is present and Mustard hits an enemy champion, then the Musty will charge at them, gaining triple the movement speed, and its next basic attack will gain 50 bonus range and 20% increased damage as well as stun the target for 1 second.
Notes:
Unfortunate Side-Effects
50 Mana (+5 every rank) | 18 seconds per charge (-1.5 every rank) | 350 Cast Range | 0.95 Cast Time
Active: Harridahl forms an egg at a target location. Harridahl can feed the egg with Mustard by right-clicking it when within range. Once fed 8 Mustard, the egg will hatch into a Musty. Harridahl can store up to 2 eggs and 3 at most can be present on the battlefield at once. The ability has a static cooldown of 1 second and eggs can be destroyed by the enemy with 2/2/3/3/4 basic attacks. Only 1 Musty can be present at a time (so spawning a new one will replace the old one).
Notes: "Musty" is the affectionate name given by Harridahl to creatures he spawns from the egg. They look more or less like him, except larger.
Unprecedented Applications
50 Mana (+10 every rank) | 20 seconds (-2 every rank) | 250 Effect Radius | 500 Cast Range | 0.2 Cast Time
Harridahl targets an egg, teleporting to it and causing it to explode in an area, dealing 80/135/190/245/300 (+80% AP) magic damage to all enemies hit.
Notes:
Exploding Husk
100 Mana | 120 seconds (-20s every rank) | 350 Effect Radius | 650 Dash Range
Harridahl dashes in a direction while leaving behind a mustard-laced Husk of his image from where he dashed. After a 1.5 second delay, the Husk explodes, dealing 150/250/350 (+70% AP) magic damage to all enemies and slowing them by 80% for 1.25 seconds.
