Everyone knows the tales of how protective Ionians are of their homeland. They supposedly keep many secrets that most of not yet been known, even to them. But with all the sacred temples, and all the hidden guardians, there is one temple and one guardian who represent the cardinal directions. The Temple of the Cardinal Blades, protected by the woman known solely as Dove. Though there are tales of those who have seen her claim that they knew her in the days of past, her exact origin remains a mystery. Some say she might not even be Ionian; others would say that she's not even human. Whatever legends are told of her, there is but one truth concerning her: she is the protector of the Cardinal Blades, and she has the might to accomplish that. Though it is unknown for how long she held that title, for the most part, she remained without task, as no one would try to challenge her. However, the Noxian Invasion would change that, though indirectly. The Noxians never reached her temple, thanks to the efforts of the warriors who stood against them. Though at that moment she realized that her passive approach to her duties will one day be challenged by those who wish to claim the Blades. From that moment on, Dove explored the world outside the temple like she never has before, while at the same time keeping true to her mission. And she discovered what beauty there is to beyond the temple, she also truly realized what power the Blades truly hold. Though the time will come when she will have to use the Blades to their utmost power, as many will seek to acquire it for themselves. But the power of the Cardinal Blades cannot be held by everyone. If anything, no one can hold the blades for themselves. That is why Dove protects them. Yet, this will not stop many from trying. But Dove will be ready, with all four blades by her side, she will teach the wrong-doers what they cannot possess for themselves. For there can only be one true holder of the Blades, and her name is Dove, the one true holder… then, now, and forever.

Appearance:

Dove is a protector of an Ionian temple, so she would take the appearance of such, much like how an Ionian temple protector should look like. As her name may or may not imply, she has long white smooth hair reaching down to beyond her lower back. The Cardinal Blades, each representing a cardinal direction, float behind her back in a compass-esque formation. The Northern Realmdivider is a black-glowing katana; the Southern Cloudcutter is a crimson-glowing nodachi; the Eastern Earthbreaker is a blue-glowing tanto; and the Western seasplitter is a white-glowing wakizashi.
