Redder

Background
Lore:
Organizing a crew is no easy task, whether it'd be for an actual purpose or just for fun. Wether you treat it without the utmost seriousness or it's just another day you wish to get done with. Making sure that every person you recruit is competent with no ulterior motive, never holding a knife behind their back with your name on it, waiting to be embedded behind your back. And for the Bilgerat, it's even harder. With nine tenths of all the population of this forsaken pirate-ridden hole of a city being a scum among scums who would sell their mother for a silver serpent, it's no surprise that most people prefer to stay away from it. Always watch your back; always know your enemy; always be one step ahead. Those who do not live by this creed find themselves sunken in the depths of the ocean. That is, if you're part of a crew. But for those who keep to themselves, going about the day is slightly less stressful. One such Bilgerat is Redder. Solitary as the sharks he hunts, this eccentric hunter prefers to stay away from the lot that Bilgewater has to offer, knowing full well what length each and every filth will go to stain others. So far, it hasn't failed him, as he remains alive and in good financial conditions… relative to a Bilgerat, of course. Though he makes a standard living, it's only enough to get him through the days in Bilgewater. And even though his methodology is unique, it doesn't really work for him on the long-term. For Redder does something special: by himself, he takes a small boat with enough food just for the day. Swims miles away off shore where all the azure sharks circle endlessly. With his family heirloom, a rattle made of seashells wrapped around his forearm, he lures the sharks by shaking it above water. Attracted to the noise, the sharks come swimming upwards to the surface, where Redder would stab them in a flurry of spears customized to his delight. In a matter of a second, the shark is riddled with colorful spears and bleeding to death on the boat. As unique as it might sound, nobody really cares of a lonely fisherman who stabs sharks faster than a Bilgerat can riddle another rat with bullets. Though this gift of his, and the circumstances of his way of life, holds greater importance then Redder was lead to believe. For on one miserable day, as in every Bilgewater day, Redder was suddenly circled by a group of green sharks, floating about the air, seemingly spirits in nature. At first he thought it might be the Harrowing, though he quickly realized it was not. Trying to remain calm as he has never seen this sight before, the spirit sharks simply circled him with no ill-desire. But as he moved his arm, the rattle would shake and make noise, and the spirit sharks would swim faster in the air. And then, they just went away. Redder quickly ran after them, believing it to be a sign of sorts. And as he followed, he eventually reached a back alley. There, he saw a man standing above a woman, lying on a floor in a pool of blood. The man quickly rushed at Redder with a knife. Though if he knew what awaited him, he would've ran, as he was riddled with five spears on his chest before he could even blink. And there, Redder stepped over the dying man to reach the woman. Alas, he was too late, as she was already dead. Of course, such is Bilgewater, a place where no one is safe. But then he realized, the spirit sharks were telling him more than what he knew. They were guided by the sound of the rattle and in turn, he was guided by them. The rattle is more than what he knew all his life, as there was something greater to his lineage. What is the rattle and where did it come from? But above all, why does it attract spirit sharks to it? Who or what has the answers? Possibly the spirit sharks. Because they continue to move, around and about the sound that the rattle makes. Redder decided that the secret lies in what the spirit sharks are trying to tell him. If not with words, then with the movements of their fins. Now, it's just another adventure to go on. Much like any other adventure Redder goes on when fishing for sharks. But like every fishing adventure, and every good fisherman, without or without a crew, he must prepare his food. Who knows how long this will take.
Appearance:
Redder is a Bilgerat with olive skin. He is shirtless as per a fisherman who does everything by himself at sea, wearing only Bilgewater pants. His torso is covered in various tattoos with Bilgewater motifs. On his right forearm, the rattle made of seashells is wrapped around it, which he uses to attract the sharks. He carries with him customized swords (which for some reason are referred to by him as Shark Spears) on his back which, for lack of a better description, have the color scheme of candy cane, so that it would appear bright and colorful to the eyes of a shark, further attracting it.

Abilities
An Omen of Sharks
With Redder on the battlefield, Rift Scuttlers are replaced with Spirit Sharks. Spirit Sharks function exactly like Rift Scuttlers. Except that when they are killed by any member of Redder's team (including himself), they will swim towards the closest unrevealed enemy champion within a radius of 4800 units at a movement speed of 620. Upon reaching them, they will be revealed with true sight for 4 seconds.
Notes:
Swift Shark-Stabbing
60 mana (+5 every rank) | 12 seconds (-1 every rank) | 200 Range
Upon highlighting an enemy, Redder will embed a Shark Spear in them, dealing 40/65/90/115/140 (+33% AD) physical damage to them and slow them by 50% (+7% for every subsequent Shark Spear embedded) for 1.5/1.625/1.75/1.875/2 seconds. Redder will embed an additional Shark Spear in the target, dealing an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+8% AD) physical per additional Shark Spear beyond the first, for every other ability he activated in the last 4 seconds, up to 5 times.
Notes:
Rattling Seashells
70 Mana (+5 every rank) | 18 seconds (-1.5 every rank) | 800 Cast Range | 0.4 Cast Time
Redder sends out a shockwave that deals 70/115/160/205/250 (+85% AP) magic damage to the first target hit and taunts them for 1.5 second.
Notes:
Shark-Proof Reflexes
60 Mana (+5 every rank) | 18 seconds (-2 every rank) | 500 Target Range | 0.1 Cast Time
Redder dashes in a target direction, becoming untargetable. If Redder successfully dodges an attack from an enemy champion, then he will dash an additional 200 units and Swift Shark-Stabbing will embed 2 swords instead of 1 for this ability activation.
Notes:
Guidance from the Ocean
100 Mana | 80 seconds (-10s every rank) | 300 Effect Radius (Spirit Shark Cast) | 1000 Travel Speed (Self Cast) | 180 Width | 0.2 Cast Time
Passive: Every 15 seconds when this ability is off cooldown, a Spirit Shark will swim somewhere in a radius of 1900 of Redder. The next Spirit Shark will swim towards and from enemy champions who recently had Shark Spears embedded in them. The Spirit Sharks disappear once they go beyond the radius.
Active: Spirit Shark cast: Redder targets a Spirit Shark. By doing so, he teleports to them in an uprising splash of water, dealing 125/225/325 (+50% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area. Within 3 seconds of casting the ability, Redder can recast the ability to teleport back to the location from whence he teleported from.
Self Cast: Redder and the Spirit Shark currently present move towards each other, ultimately meeting at the center point between them. The Spirit Shark and Redder will deal 125/225/325 (+50% AP) magic damage to all enemies they pass through. The first enemy champion that the Spirit Shark passes through will be pulled all the way to the center point.
Notes: There will be a visual indicator as to notify the player the distance between them and the Spirit Shark and where they will meet upon activating the ability.
