Joseph
Primary Role: Enchanter
Secondary Role: N/A
Background
Lore:
Being a Noxian is never easy. But is it hard? Well… it really depends on the individual. Some will say that they are glad that the nation brings out the best in them. While others will tell you that all they ever want to do is run away. And this was exactly the case with Joseph. Seemingly just another unfortunate soul to have his city conquered by the brutal nation, Joseph was one of the few to never truly adapt the lifestyle of a Noxian. And one of the fewer to successfully reject them. How did it all start? Well… it started at the moment his city was conquered. It was just another routine in the plans of Noxus. Invade a city and subsequently conquer. Another place to become part of Noxus against its will. Now, all of its citizens are now Noxians. And like all Noxians, they are required to enlist in the military. Most would just accept it, whether they agree with it or not. But Joseph never really anything to do with the military, and he was quite expressive about that. Knowing full well that he cannot avoid military service, Joseph tried a different approach to combat: he tried to be a conscientious objector, be part of the battle but never shedding blood. This way, he could avoid killing while pretending to fight for Noxus. And pretend he very much wanted to since he wanted nothing to do with them. But as if the outcome was not obvious, as he was only met with heavy laughter over his suggestion. He was lucky he did not have his head lobbed off, as there is no room for soft hearts in the Noxus. With that, Joseph reluctantly trained for battle. And when the time came, he would go to war like all the others. So there he was, in his first battle, not even caring where he was sent or what was the purpose of it. Was it an invasion? Was it a skirmish? It didn't matter to him. As all he saw at that moment were soldiers slaughtering innocent people who never asked for any of this. So he walked calmly in the midst of the battlefield and in between the bodies that dropped to the blood-soaked soil. And as he stood above a dying man covered in his own blood, holding onto his last breath, at that moment, Joseph realized that he was right. Not wanting to do anything with Noxus was the right choice, because they are the enemy, and they must end. But such a goal cannot be achieved by someone whose heart is not of steel. Joseph only ever wanted a peaceful life, But Noxus wouldn't allow it. Though he abhors them, if there's one thing he thanks them for is that they made him realize that he needs to become strong, and that he needs to fight. Peace is over, and forever gone. Now, all that's left is conviction. The conviction to take Noxus down. So what did Joseph do? At that moment, he ran away. Ran as fast as he can without looking back. At that moment, Noxus would lose just another soldier without even knowing how, since his body was never recovered. However, some time later, they would find themselves with a new set of issues. Various villages throughout Runeterra that they have estimated to be weak would somehow fend back Noxus. The spies clearly said that they had no weapons. But they did, and no one knows how. And as more cities successfully stood up Noxus, a peculiar story would spread among Runeterrans. The story of a man pushing a cart by himself, moving from place to place, offering his weapons and potions to whomever is interested. Soon, his name would become a staple among all the places he visited: Joseph. Although he never wanted to indulge in war, Joseph has now found a compromise between the life he wanted and the life he was forced into. He will be on the battlefield, offering goods to those who wish to fight. All the while refraining from direct combat himself. But all this isn't just for fun. All this is to fight Noxus. Because someone needs to take them down; someone needs to stop them. But it can't be done alone. And though Joseph knows he is but one man against many, even if it means moving only a step towards this accomplishment, then he will keep on doing it. For that is his new purpose. And that purpose is to bring down Noxus.
Appearance:
Joseph is a man in his early 40s with short black hair and a short beard. He wears traveling merchant cloths, with no sign of any Noxian attire as he doesn't want anything to do with them. He pushes a cart which contains all kinds of paraphernalia, most of which are weapons and potions. He wields a crossbow as his main weapon.

With Joseph on the battlefield, Allies may purchase Strong Potions from the shop. Strong Potions heal the user for 15% (+1.3% for every 100 AP) of their missing health instantly in addition to 100 (+30% AP) health over 10 seconds. Strong potions have a static cooldown of 5 seconds.
When the game starts, the shop starts with 10 Strong Potions for sale. Each champion can have a maximum of 2 Strong Potions at any time. The shop prepares a Strong Potion every 60 seconds, and can have a maximum of 10. Prepared Strong Potions can be purchased for free by anyone. Alternatively, if there are no prepared Strong Potions, then Strong Potions can be purchased for 75 gold.
Notes:
Too Many of the Same Kind
50 mana (+5 every rank) | 12 seconds (-1 every rank) | 800 Target Range | 0.3 Cast Time
Joseph throws a surplus weapon in a target direction, dealing damage 70/100/130/160/190 (+85% AD) physical damage to the first enemy struck and slowing them by 50% for 1.25 seconds.
Notes:
Not Quite Neutral
80 mana | 15 seconds | 650 Cast Range | 80 Collision Radius | 0.2 Cast Time
Joseph places a Strange Potion at a target location. The Strange Potion lasts 30 seconds and can be picked up by the enemy. If they do, they will receive a Strong Potion with 65% of the healing, but will relinquish 15/15/25/25/30 gold to the enemy team, which will distributed equally among all the players (meaning that every individual player receives 3/3/5/5/6 gold), and furthers the preparation of a Strong Potion at the store by 30 seconds. There is a 20/22.5/25/27.5/30% (+2% per 100 AP) chance that the Strange Potion picked up by the enemy is in fact poisoned, which will deal magic damage to the user instead of healing for an equal amount. Joseph can have a maximum amount of 3 active Strange Potions on the battlefield at any time.
Notes:
The Finest in Stock
80 mana | 18 seconds (-1 every rank) | 600 Cast Range
Passive: Joseph temporarily prepares a legendary item which does not take up any item slots but also does not yield any effects. Every 45 while The Finest in Stock is off cooldown, the selection rotates, preparing a different legendary item.
Active: Joseph bestows upon a targeted ally the legendary item that is currently on rotation for 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5 seconds, yielding full effects for the duration. Joseph cannot bestow a legendary item on an ally who already has 6 legendary items, and if all of the items slots of an ally are occupied but there is at least 1 item that isn't legendary, then that item will be temporary replaced by the bestowed legendary item. If Joseph activates The Finest in Stock on an ally who already has 6 legendary items, then they will instead receive 20% bonus adaptive damage.
Notes: By "replaced" I mean that the replaced item does not yield its effects to the user, since they are technically not in any of the item slots. Also, there is a visual indicator on the HUD that shows the legendary item that's currently on rotation.

140 seconds (-20s every rank) | 1100 Cast Range | 100-1900 Travel Speed | 0.4 Cast Time
Joseph targets an enemy champion. Afterwards, he releases a spell concealed in a container that grows in speed over 3 seconds. Upon reaching the target, they are converted into an ally for 6/6.5/7 (+0.4 second per 100 AD) seconds. The now-converted ally, for the duration, is considered an ally in every regard.
Notes:Despite being considered an ally in "every regard", attacks and effects will still trigger if casted on the target prior to conversion. For example, let's say that Caitlyn ulted the soon-to-be ally, and then Joseph ulted him and is now an ally. The ultimate will still deal damage even though the target is now considered an ally. However, effects casted by the target after they converted will not take effects against "allies". For example, let's say that Yasuo used Wind Wall to block Caitlyn's ultimate after he became an ally, the Wind Wall won't block the ultimate because Caitlyn is considered "his ally", but her ultimate will very much do damage.
