Background
Lore:
If you asked anyone in Runeterra what a Hexa-Morphic Trans-mutational Combustolizer is, then they most definitely wouldn't be able to tell you what it is. Unless you're from Piltover… in which they also wouldn't be able to tell you what it is. Well what is it exactly? Nobody knows for sure. Except that it's one of over a thousand inventions of Ignatius Morrester, Piltover's resident invento-maniac. This kid has an innumerable amount of contraptions to his portfolio. Although it probably wouldn't have happened this way if it weren’t for that gizmo he got on his sixth birthday. Ever since then, he discovered the fascination brought about by aweing at the machinations of technology, as there was something so euphoric and pleasing as just watching gears and belts move along the same place over and over again. So since that day, Ignatius dedicated his life to discovering as many machines as possible… by inventing more machines. From things that are actually useful, like a machine that makes breakfast for you, to things that are utterly useless without any purpose what's so ever, like a machine that makes some kind of random noise. Ignatius didn't even think about what kind of machine he was going to make. He just let his body take control and build the machine itself, as if it was just another process of nature. The kid was a real genius, and everybody around him knew that as well. However, despite his ambition to keep on inventing whatever his hands would guide him to, Ignatius never really thought about the future. He wasn't concerned with profiting from his inventions, or anything similar for that matter. Because his need for invention was pure instinct, unseen by any other Piltovan. But this is exactly the problem. Since his parents, whom he has been living with since forever, could not tolerate anymore a house littered with metallic devices that serve no purpose other than to take the space of the house. Nor will they put up with a child who is seemingly impractical or unrealistic in his mode of life. So as sad as it was for them, they presented before their child an ultimatum: "Either you find a purpose in your life with those machines, or you're leaving home." For the first time in his life, Ignatius received a slap to the face that woke him up to reality. At that moment, he realized that he needs to change, as he can only go so much with inventing doo-hickeys and living under his roof. So for several months, Ignatius would walk the streets of Piltover as a street vendor, selling his inventions to whoever is interested. And while he has found moderate success in his sales, his house, which is actually his parents', was still littered with redundant gizmos of various purposes. The goal was to ultimately clean the house of any and all inventions. Although it would not take for long before Ignatius would be presented with an offer that could accomplish that. As a one of Piltover's most renowned professor approached Ignatius one day, with the desire to acquire all of his inventions. Realizing this is his greatest opportunity yet, Ignatius rushed home. On a day that his parents were seemingly not present, he couldn't help but feel an unnerving tranquility, as his house was cleaner than usual. "Clean" as in all the inventions were gone! Bewildered by this unprecedented situation, Ignatius searched all over the house for hours. By the end of his sweep, he found only three things: two of his inventions, the Magne-Ball and the Wind-Stick, and a note reading "Thanks, Chum!" Ignatius could not let his golden opportunity go to waste, so he did the only logical thing there is to do: he took his two remaining inventions, and set a quest all over Piltover for his machines. With only one clue telling him of who might be the perpetrator, he has to act fast. He doesn't want to keep the professor waiting…
Appearance:
Ignatius is a seemingly regular Piltovan 16-year-old. He wears oil-stained Piltovan cloth to emphasize his passion for invention. He carries his Magne-Ball, a mechanical heavy ball with magnetic properties, and his Wind-Stick, a metallic stick that propels air from its edge.

Abilities
A Little Push in the Right Direction
Whenever Ignatius casts an ability, the on-hit effects he gains from his stances are increased by 50% for the next basic attack, stacking up to 3 times. The bonuses will disappear after 5 seconds if not used.
Notes:
Magne-Ball Throw
60 mana | 12 seconds (-1s every rank) | 1000 Target Range | 0.15 Cast Time
Ignatius throws his Magne-Ball in a line (which then returns to him), dealing 60/85/110/135/160 (+110% AD) physical to the first enemy hit and slowing them by 40% for 2 second. Upon using Magne-Ball Throw, Ignatius enters Magne-Ball stance. While in Magne-Ball stance, his basic attack range is adjusted to 125 and his basic attacks heal him for 6/7/8/9/10 (+5% AP).
Notes:
Wind-Stick Smash
60 Mana (+5 every rank) | 8 seconds | 475 Target Range | 0.1 Cast Time
Upon highlighting a unit with the mouse, Ignatius will vault to the air with his Wind-Stick and subsequently slam it down on the target, dealing 30/65/100/135/170 (+85% AD) physical damage and landing exactly 175 units away from them. Upon using Wind-Stick Smash, Ignatius enters Wind-Stick stance. While in Wind-Stick stance, his basic attack range is adjusted to 175 and his basic attack deal bonus magic damage equal to 2/2.25/2.5/2.75/3% of the target's maximum health. Holding down the button while cause Ignatius to appear on the opposite side of the target instead.
Notes: the mechanic of holding down the button is basically the same as Warwick's Q.
Anyways, to further clarify on the ability: it doesn't matter how far or close Ignatius is from the target, as he will always be 175 units away from them after finishing the ability.
My Remaining Inventions
50 Mana (+10 every rank) | 12 seconds | 300 Range (Wind-Stick stance) | 0.5 Cast Time
Magne-Ball stance: After hitting an enemy with Magne-Ball, Ignatius will leap to the target and slam his Magne-Ball on them, dealing 30/55/80/105/130 (+80% AD) physical damage to them.
Wind-Stick stance: Upon highlighting an enemy, Ignatius thrusts his Wind-Stick at them, dealing 60/100/140/180/220 (+100% AD) physical damage to them and pushing them to where they will be 400 units away from him, regardless of where they were prior to the attack.
Changing stances refreshes the cooldown of this ability.
Notes: Much like the W, the target will always end up 300 units away from Ignatius regardless of how far they were prior to being hit.
Inventor's Wrath
100 Mana | 120 seconds (-10 every rank) | 400 Effect Radius | 750 Cast Range (Magne-Ball stance) | 0.1s Cast Time
Magne-Ball stance: Ignatius throws his Magne-Ball at a target location. It explodes on impact, dealing 100/200/300 (+70% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the area. Inventor's Wrath in this stance can be buffered during My Remaining Inventions' cast time, in which case the explosion will commence upon landing.
Wind-Stick stance: Ignatius spins around, hitting all enemies with his stick and dealing to them 150/250/350 (+100% AD) physical damage to them and knocking them up for. Inventor's Wrath in this stance can be buffered during Wind Stick Smash's cast time, in which case the spin will commence upon landing.
