If one were to enter the Void, they would most certainly not live to tell the tale. However, if one were to enter the Void and indeed make it out, their mind would be too shattered to ever communicate properly, let alone tell of its content. As far as anyone in Runeterra is concerned, the Void is nothing more than a violet nothingness, whose inhabitants are nothing more than agents of destruction. But what people don't know is that there is more to the Void than what it shows. The creatures who once inhabited it, who somehow made their way to Runeterra, somehow, somewhere, have a lot to tell of what transpires there, even if they can't sit down and talk to you about it. Does it have earth? Maybe. But there is one Voidborn in particular whose existence alone gives off the knowledge that there are indeed oceans inside the Void. Or at the very least, 'were'. Though his conquest continues to drain all the bodies of water in Void, Batz'Yab is attracted to what little moist environments remain. His life's work near complete, he suddenly found himself at a halt when he inexplicably found himself in Runeterra, much like some of his brethren. Now with more oceans to behold, his insatiable thirst will find a new liking to a new place. This drinker of seas will instinctively devoid the world of all forms of water, be they fresh or salt. And if he isn't stopped, Runeterra will be nothing but air and dirt. But who can?
Appearance:
Batz'Yab is a Voidborn (as if that wasn't obvious already), so it shouldn't come as a surprise that he's purple. He takes the appearance of what can be described as a hybrid between a T-rex and a gorilla. He has big reptile-esque arms and legs, and his head is more reptilian in appearance. He has two long tails which is roughly the same length as the rest of his body, each having stinger at the tip distinct from one another. He has a visible core on his chest.
His name means "That Which Becomes" in ancient Shuriman.

Abilities
Ocean Drinker
Basic attacks against enemy champion tether Batz'Yab to them. Enemy champions tethered to Batz'Yab are dealt 10 (+1.15 every level) (+35% AP) magic damage and heal Batz'Yab for 5 (+1.8 every level) (+1.3% of maximum health) per second indefinitely as long as they remain tethered. The tether will break upon the target moving 625 units away from Batz'Yab.

Batz'Yab conjures a vortex of Void energy at a target location. Enemies in the area take 25/45/65/85/105 (+20% AP) magic damage per second. If either Batz'Yab or the tethered enemy is in the area, then the healing from Ocean Drinker is increased by 40% and the tethered enemy will take magic damage equal to 10% of the damage they dealt to Batz'Yab whenever they landed a basic attack against him. Void Vortex remains actively indefinitely until Batz'Yab moves 650 units away from the area, cancels the ability or dies.
Notes: Naturally, abilities that apply on-hit effects will also trigger the reflected damage. Also, the healing stacks additively with other forms of healing increase, such as Spirit Visage.
Fluid-Filled Stab

Passive: whenever Batz'Yab kills a unit or lands a takedown against an enemy champion, a Water Remnant is dropped. Batz'Yab can walk up to Water Remnants to pick them up. Batz'Yab can have a maximum of 8 Water Remnants.
Active: Batz'Yab targets an enemy and stabs them with his left tail, dealing 55/90/125/160/195 (+35% AP) magic damage to them. The damage is increased by 6% per Water Remnant plus an additional 1.25% of the target's maximum health. Using Fluid-Filled Stab will expend all Water Remnants and if Batz'Yab had no Water Remnants upon using Fluid-Filled Stab against an enemy champion, then he will gain 1/1/2/2/3 Water Remants.
Notes: Just to be clear, the damage increase only applies to the flat damage and AP scaling and does not include the bonus max health damage.
Void Vacuum

Batz'Yab absorbs the air in a target direction for 4 seconds. Enemies in the area are dealt 65/100/135/170/205 (+50% AP) magic damage over the duration and are slowly pulled 150 units towards Batz'Yab per second. Enemies who move towards Batz'Yab while within the area of effects gain 75 flat bonus movement speed. Batz'Yab can cancel the ability early, in which case he will deal a single instance of damage equal to one tick. Any Water Remnants within the area are immediately acquired by Batz'Yab and he can move for the duration but is slowed by 35%.
Notes: The target indicator is shaped like a trapeze, much like Sett's W. Also, what Batz'Yab does isn't exactly a slow. But instead it gradually pulls enemies several units towards Batz'Yab per second. So they can still resist it by walking against it, but if they stood still then the pull would actually be visible.
Watery Explosion

Batz'Yab targets an enemy champion and stings them with his right tail, dealing 90/140/190 (+40% AP) magic damage. The target starts to flash purple and after 3 seconds, they explode, dealing the same amount of damage to them and all enemies around them. Enemy champions hit by the explosion are also applied the same effects. An enemy champion can only be applied the effects once per casts and the same enemy will take 50% of the damage from subsequent explosions beyond the first, up to a maximum of 2 times.
