Sophia
Primary Role: Enchanter
Secondary Role: N/A
Background
Lore:
Regardless of what you think of golems, good or bad, ethical or immoral, you can't deny the impact they have on society, for both good and bad. They help in whatever situation they are created for, whether it'd be for combat, recreation, medicine, or any other occupation you can think of. Although for the most part, they are only as competent as what their algorithms dictate, at least when it comes to the mechanical ones. Any other golems from any other material can achieve much more, probably because they were created entirely from magic, or some other thing that isn't dictated by electricity and cables. However, even the mechanical ones can surprise from time to time, and the most notable example of such a golem is arguably the one that goes by the name of Sophia. Originally created as a prototype by Professor Archibald Manning, Sophia was supposed to be the precursor for what would become a series of automatons for the betterment of Piltover. As the prototype, her purpose was to teach others whatever they desired in order to become better in that particular subject. And she did exactly that, and quite successfully too. Although Manning initially thought that Sophia's algorithms would only allow her to be proficient in only one subject, therefore rendering her ineffective for the long-term as an individual golem, which would incentivize the need for a series of golems just like her. However, there were some unprecedented surprises, as Sophia quickly showed her capability for adaptation. She would observe her surrounding and learn endlessly of the world around her; an automaton as equally effective as it is curious, she would never cease to surprise, far exceeding what was expected of her. She was so effective as an identity of herself that Manning grew attached to her, to the point where he reconsidered creating more of her, as it would take away what made her special as an individual. But she would soon prove herself to the majority of Piltover in one particular event. On one bright day, a robbery occurred in some random store in Piltover. There was nothing special in particular about the robbery, except that that the robbers were more than evasive of the authorities chasing them. Incidentally, Manning and Sophia just happened to witness the explosion that created the escape route for the robbers. Sophia, knowing only that she must help society for the better, rushed to the Wardens' side. Throughout the chase, she told them what they must do in order to capture the robbers, whether it be to take this road or where to shoot. Not even ten minutes have passed, and the robbers were already caught. Impressed with her performance, the Wardens requested that Sophia become part of their team, as she will surely assist her in all of their needs. Seeing this as an opportunity for Sophia to be effective like how she was planned, Manning repurposed her into a combat oriented golem, without comprising her propensity for learning and teaching. Now suited for both fighting and assisting, Sophia will become part of Piltover's authority, always making sure that everything is in place, always standing by the side of those that uphold the law. And maybe, she will also tell the rookies how they need to act on the field. And if they can't get it right, then she might as well do it herself. Because now, she definitely can.
Appearance:
Sophia is a Piltovan golem colored silver. Her design is supposed to give the idea that she's a "smart" robot (imagine what you will, since I didn't have anything specific for her). However, after her recruitment to the Wardens, she has also been equipped with weapons to make her a more combat-oriented robot without comprising her identity as a teacher. So she's a smart-looking armed Warden golem… of sorts

Abilities
Equipment 101
Sophia can designate for an ally champion which legendary or mythic item to buy. That ally receives 5% discount on that item. At levels 7, 12, and 15, Sophia can designate a legendary or mythic item to buy for an ally she hasn't designated an item before (meaning only 1 designated item per ally). Sophia cannot designate an item for herself.
Notes: the discount only applies to the legendary/mythic item and not to the items that make it up.
Aiming 101
50 mana (+5 every rank) | 12 seconds (-1 every rank) | 650 Cast Range | 0.2 Cast Time
Sophia targets an enemy and shoots them with her Hextech Quasi-Revitalizer, dealing 50/80/110/140/170 (+50% AP) magic damage to the first enemy hit, slowing them by 20% for 1.3 seconds and applying Ergonomy. Ergonomy applies different effects depending on whether Sophia hit a minion or a champion. Regardless, Aiming 101's cooldown decreases by 1 second every time an ally within 1000 units kills a minion.
* Minion: Minions under the effect of Ergonomy hit cannot have their health decreased below 1 from non-champion sources for 3 seconds. If an ally successfully killed the target under the effect, Sophia receives 2 gold. Minions cannot die to the damage dealt by Aiming 101.
* Champion: Enemy champions under the effect of Ergonomy will heal ally champions for 18/26/34/42/50 (+10% AP) whenever they deal a basic attack against the afflicted target, up to 3 times.
Notes:
Special Tools 101
60 mana (+10 every rank) | 17 seconds (-1 every rank) | 800 Cast Range
Sophia targets an ally champion. Afterwards, she chooses which of that ally's basic abilities to empower by pressing the button designated to that ability. Within 5 seconds, that ability will deal 15/20/25/30/35% increased damage and/or 15/17.5/20/22.5/25% increased healing/shielding. If the chosen ability has neither damaging properties nor healing/shielding properties, then the ability's cooldown will be decreased by 20% on its next cast. Special Tools 101 does not work on passive abilities even if they are designated to a button.
Notes: For example, let's say you want to empower Jinx's W. So you press W, target Jinx, and then press W again since that's the ability that's designated to that button.
Positioning 101
70 mana | 16 seconds (-1 every rank) | 400 Cast Range | 125 Effect Radius (Inner Circle) | 425 Effect Radius (Outer Circle) | 0.3 Cast Time
Sophia marks an area at a target location that lasts 3 seconds. The area has an inner circle and an outer circle. Enemy champions in the outer circle take 15% more damage from ally champions and deal 15% less damage to them. After 3.25 seconds, the area explodes, dealing 110/155/200/245/290 (+65% AP) magic damage to all enemies in the outer circle. Enemies in the inner circle are safe from both the debuff and the explosion.
Notes:
Final Lesson: Priorities
100 mana | 140 seconds (-20s every rank) | 900 Cast Range | 1200 Effect Radius | 0.3 Cast Time
Sophia designates to a target enemy champion as high priority, rooting them for 1 second. For 5/6/7 seconds, enemy champions within a large area around the target deal 50/55/60% less damage to ally champions, but also take 50/55/60% less damage from ally champions. The effects do not apply to the target.
