Background
Lore:
Though there are worlds beyond Runeterra that some know of and others don't, only a few of them are directly connected to even consider them an extension of it. One particular realm is known to house among the most enigmatic beings; those beings, of course, being Yordles. Most of their culture remains largely unaccounted for, but for what Runeterrans know of them is that they look like smaller humans, either furry or blue, and in some cases even purple. Not that it matters for them, or at least those that wish to stay in Bandle City. One such particular individual goes by the name of Cecilia. A jolly farmer who wishes nothing more than to tend to her garden, Cecilia spent most of her life in Bandle City, doing nothing more than farming vegetables in her so-called Candle Garden, named after the population of fireflies inhabiting it. Most of her days went by peacefully, reaping the harvest with her long sickle, affectionately named Candle Branch, amidst a field of fireflies that won't stop lighting up the area. Everything seemed like a happiness that would last forever. That is, until the Dark Beasts came out of nowhere. One day they just came, but after that day, they stayed for all of the days, stepping on the produce with their dirty feet and causing general havoc all the while, never showing what kind of purpose they came to accomplish. But frankly, Cecilia did not care for what or who they are, or what they want. The only thing she could think of is how these creatures, which are nothing more than pitch-black shadows walking on four, keep ruining not only her good days, but her garden as well. For a long time she tolerated, believing that if she gave in to their shenanigans, she will give in to anger, something that she would prefer to avoid. But Yordle or human, every creature has his breaking point, and Cecilia is no exception. After a time that lasted who-knows-how-long, Cecilia wanted nothing more than to reap vegetables, but on one bright day, she found herself reaping shadows. With the Candle Branch in hand, there she moved swiftly across the Candle Garden, Reaping beast after beast. For the first time ever, she saw them fleeing in fear. Cecilia wanted to believe that this would be the end of the pests, but then she realized that if they run away, they will come back stronger. The solution: chase them and pluck the root. And that’s exactly what she did. She followed them all the way to a portal that lead her straight to Runeterra, the one place in existence she hoped never to come across. Alas, these are desperate times, and now she finds herself in the thick of some forest she never knew even existed. Slightly agitated while trying to keep her cool, now all that Cecilia wants is to find these Dark Beasts and take care of them so that she can go back to tending her vegetable peacefully. Although she's not quite sure she'll find that peace again. But right now, all that matters is to pluck the root of the problem. Because if you want to solve a problem properly, you can't just reap the fruit… you have to pluck the root.
Appearance:
Cecilia is a female Yordle gardener colored light pink. She is accompanied by a group of fireflies. Her signature scythe, the Candle Branch, looks like a scythe that is made from plants, with a flower blooming at the base of the blade and fireflies hovering around it.

Abilities
Reap the Dark in the Light
When Cecilia attacks an enemy champion when she is unrevealed to the enemy or 1.5 after being revealed, her next basic attack gains 575 range and deals 15 (+8 every level) (+65% bonus AD) bonus magic damage. Reap the Dark in the Light has a cooldown of 18/16/14 seconds (levels 1/7/12) and can store up to 2 charges, but the same enemy champion cannot be applied the effect again for 8/6.5/5 seconds (levels 1/7/12).
Notes:
Candle Slash
60 mana (+5 every rank) | 12 seconds (-1 every rank) | 425 Cast Range | 225 Effect Radius | 0.15 Cast Time
Cecilia slashes twice with her scythe at a target location, with an interval of 0.2 second between the slashes, with each slash dealing 50/65/80/95/110 (+75% bonus AD) physical damage to all units hit. The second slash slows targets by 50% for 1.25 seconds.
Notes: The targeter is an X shape, like Pyke's ultimate.
Friendly Fireflies
50 Mana | 40 seconds (-2.5 every rank) | 900 Cast Range | 500 Effect Radius | 0.25 Cast Time
Passive: Basic attacks against enemies that have been revealed to the ally team in the last 2.5 seconds deal 50/80/110/140/170 (+50% AP) bonus magic damage. The same target cannot be applied the effects for 9 seconds.
Active: Cecilia sends some fireflies at a target location, revealing the area for 2.25 seconds.
Notes: There will be a visual indicator on the enemy to indicate the window of opportunity when to apply the bonus damage.
Devour the Dark
70 Mana (+5 every rank) | 30 seconds (-2.5 every rank) | 950 Cast Range | 400 Effect Radius | 0.25 Cast Time
Cecilia magically removes the light from a target location, removing the vision from that area for 1.5 seconds and rendering all units within that area unrevealed. Enemy champions within the area are also nearsighted for 0.8 seconds. Her next basic attack after casting deals 40/65/90/115/140 (+80% bonus AD) bonus physical damage.
Notes: Just to clarify, Cecilia doesn't render a unit invisible, she physically removes the vision from that selected area. In technical terms or gameplay wise, she basically applies a fog of war in that area. Of course, Cecilia can't hide from herself nor can she hide from her allies and vice versa, but applying the E on allies still means that the enemy won't be able to see them. And although removing the vision from enemies might seem counterintuitive at first, the nearsight prevents them from taking full advantage of it, plus it interacts with Cecilia's ultimate. I just hope this doesn't make her too broken though.
The Flower that Blooms in the Dark
100 Mana | 120 seconds (-20 every rank) (starts after ability ends) | 1250 Target Range | 120 Width | 1300 Travel Speed | 0.2s Cast Time
Cecilia tosses a flower in a target direction. Upon connecting with an enemy champion, the flower will explode after 5 seconds, dealing 150/225/300 (+50% AP) magic damage to that enemy. The damage increases for every moment the target was unrevealed to the ally, up to a maximum of 100% increased damage. If the flower did not connect with any target, then it will remain at location from where it stopped for 5 seconds. Cecilia can pick up the flower to refund 70% of the cooldown.
Notes: Even when the target is unrevealed to the ally team, the flower, which is still visible even in the fog of war, will give away their location.
